John leads R/GA’s production department, which is responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring high quality and timely delivery of R/GA services within budgetary requirements. He works with the executive team to shape the ongoing development and implementation of R/GA processes and to maintain R/GA’s steady growth.
John has been an executive at R/GA since 1999 and has managed R/GA’s engagements with key clients such as Circuit City, IBM, and Target. He plays a leading role in managing the agency’s systematic design and e-commerce practices by collaborating with its renowned interactive design teams. This collaboration involves the creation of design systems for large enterprises, which enable multiple stakeholders to deploy websites and interactive communications globally, while ensuring a common user experience and brand expression.
John has spent his entire career managing the creation and marketing of interactive products and communications. Prior to joining R/GA, he worked as a producer and marketer in the computer gaming industry and was instrumental in the creation and general management of two prominent start-up companies: Paragon Software and Take 2 Interactive. His work has been published by most of the leading games publishers, including Disney Interactive, Electronic Arts, Sierra Online, Hasbro Interactive, Mattel Interactive, and Microprose.
