Stephen is responsible for coordinating R/GA’s global operations including P&L management, strategic growth for R/GA’s international operations, financial tracking, and business continuity planning. He also oversees all client engagement agreements, statements of work, and company hiring, among other responsibilities. Stephen joined R/GA in 1998 to lead the agency’s Production Department, which grew more than ten-fold during his tenure. As EVP of Production, he developed the company’s resource allocation process, and conceived and implemented a proprietary system for tracking project, client team, and department financial data, which has led to increased utilization, realization, and profitability. Stephen also managed R/GA’s reorganization into client-based teams.

Before joining R/GA, Stephen was Director of Multimedia and Video Development at Byron Preiss Multimedia Company (BPMC). There he oversaw the design, development, and production of groundbreaking interactive and video projects.

Before BPMC, Stephen spent more than 10 years writing, directing, editing, and producing for film and video as well as interactive CD-ROMs. His responsibilities included the conception, scripting, production, and international distribution of numerous documentaries and short pieces.
