As Executive Client Services Director of R/GA Buenos Aires, Florencia leads a team responsible of generating value for clientes such as Nike, Ab InBev, Johnson & Johnson, Grupo Telecom, Sura, among others.
Recognized Adweek's Women to Watch 2019, since Flor's arrival to R/GA BA in 2016, the company not only strengthen and expanded its existing business, but also grew its portfolio with local and regional clientes.
Prior to R/GA, Florencia acted as VP, Client Services Director, at Grey Argentina, forming part of the leadership team that revamped the agency in the market. Under her leadership, Grey was considered the best agency for two consecutive years and also the most valued by its own clients. Florencia contributed to growing the office’s integrated business, achieving record numbers over the years, and developing not only digital but also shopper areas.
Before Grey, she spent six years as Group Account Director at DDB, leading the Clorox business for LATAM and helping the brand develop its business in the region’s different markets. She started her career at VOP, where she helped create the Integrated Communication department.
With more than 20 years in the advertising industry, Florencia has successfully developed regional business for brands such as Unilever, Disney, Coca-Cola, P&G, and Kellogg’s.
