Marcio Oliveira, 46 years old, married and proud father of twins (Maria Luiza and Isabela), drummer, biker and runner.
Graduated and post graduated in advertising and social communications at ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing). Started as a trainee at Microsoft and Sony. Joined his first job in an agency in 1995 at AlmapBBDO handling Volkswagen account.
Then moved to Y&R in 1997 to handle Danone and Ford Motor Company. In 1999 decided to join an independent agency in Brazil called Lew´Lara to handle Banco Real account as an account supervisor. He spent 18 years at Lew´Lara. The agency was acquired by TBWA in 2007 and Marcio evolved within the agency. From Supervisor became first account director, then general account director, then COO and in November of 2012 became the CEO.
In this journey he took care of important brands such as Nissan, Natura, Santander, Coty, Gatorade, adidas, TIM, AirBnB, Netflix and Apple among others. In 2017, moved to DM9DDB where he spent a year as a CEO too.
Now, since August 2019 he is part of R/GA team as the Senior Business Development Vice President and responsible for the J&J operation inside the agency.
