Megan Trinidad serves as the Executive Creative Director of R/GA’s Austin office where she specializes in leading complex, cross-functional teams for CPG, financial, retail and hospitality brands. A true systems/stories hybrid, Megan is known for helping brands tell their stories in ways that connect to consumers and culture.
With over 15 years of copywriting and creative experience, Megan most recently led the R/GA creative teams for LEGO, L’Oréal Paris, and Walmart across a range of work spanning 360 campaigns to ground-up platform builds. Prior to her six-year tenure at R/GA, she spent four years at Geometry Global, where she led the digital and social AOR for COVERGIRL cosmetics and Pepperidge Farm Goldfish.
Megan earned a BFA in design from The Fashion Institute of Technology. As a native New Yorker, she has strong opinions about bagels and pizza, and Billy Joel.
