As Strategy Director at R/GA Berlin and with 12 years experience in strategy in Germany’s leading creative agencies Nadine is spearheading brand and creative strategy on a variety of projects including brand purpose development, integrated campaign building, communication and social media strategy. She has joined R/GA Berlin in August 2020.
Prior to R/GA Nadine crafted her skills as CMO of the DTC brand Sitzfeldt, as Head of Strategy at Heimat/Berlin, as strategist at Jung von Matt and Aimaq & Stolle and as freelancer strategy director for several Berlin based start-up brands.
Throughout her career Nadine had the chance to successfully work for clients such as Nikon, Netflix, Google, Opel, Sparkasse, Free Democrats and Kaufland. Work she has been involved in has been honoured by various national and international effectiveness and efficiency awards such as the GWA Effie, European Effie, IPA Award and AME.
Besides her passion for brands and creativity Nadine is an agent of cultural and societal change – be it as co-founder of the female collective OhYouWomen.org or as advisory board member of the substainble food start-up Carbon Farmed.
