On any given day you might

  • Collaborate openly across teams and disciplines to create transformative design for top-tier brands and campaigns (focus on Nike) 
  • Manage application and governance of brand guidelines and assets across platforms and campaign verticals
  • Use best practices to create accessible and beautiful interfaces
  • Ideate within the creative team on creative briefs and brainstorms

Learn, do, collaborate

  • Design fundamentalist that knows the rules, but knows how to bend and break them to create innovative solutions
  • Embraces challenges and new methods of thinking
  • Simultaneously thinks about the big picture and the micro-level details
  • Has a strong design portfolio with engaging designs
  • Enjoys collaborating with other designers and disciplines

You bring

  • 3+ years of experience designing for the web and mobile 
  • Formal design training
  • Proficiency in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch
  • Proficiency in Figma, Keynote

Bonus points

  • Experience in working with Art Directors or Art Direction briefs
