About the Role

 

At R/GA, the Client Engagement team is responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring the successful delivery of projects through integrated collaboration with internal teams. As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you’ll support senior team members in day-to-day operations across multiple accounts, helping maintain organization, communication, and clarity across all project stages.

On any given day you might:
  • Support the coordination of ongoing projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and task ownership.
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, taking notes and preparing follow-ups when needed.
  • Help organize documentation, presentations, meeting agendas, and status reports.
  • Assist in drafting internal briefs and client comms with clarity and alignment to strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with disciplines like strategy, creative, tech, and production to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Assist in updating trackers and tools (e.g., project management sheets, timelines, budget control) as needed.
  • Help schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, reviews, and internal rituals.

The ideal person:

  • Passion for organization, communication, and client collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle, advertising, or design/tech processes is a plus.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Trello or Notion is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in English is a strong asset, as this role might interact with global teams.

 

 

You Bring:

English: advanced or fluent

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas:

  • Advertising and Public Relations

  • Communications

  • Marketing

  • Business Administration

  • Project Management
