You are the engine of the creative team—a practitioner who has mastered the fundamentals and is now pushing the boundaries of what a brand can be. You’ve moved beyond exploring execution into the realm of natural creative intuition, navigating ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset and a relentless drive for excellence.

Here’s what you should know:You will be a go-to creative force on your projects, accountable for producing strategically sound work that exceeds the standards of the brief. You have proven your hard skills and are now honing the soft skills of mentorship and client management. You will support your Directors with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your craft from concept through to delivery. Your mission is to prove that being reliable doesn't mean being boring, but rather being the most trusted, ambitious designer in the room.

On any given day you might:
  • Translate brand strategy into fully-realized visual identities that demonstrate deep thought across the entire brand experience.
  • Lead design tasks with independence, returning with work that is client-ready, strategically anchored, and creatively brave.
  • Articulate inspiring creative narratives, building presentations that don't just show the "what," but explain the "why" through compelling storytelling.
  • Collaborate across disciplines, seeking out leaders in Strategy, Tech, and Experience to ensure your work is a seamless part of a larger, connected system.
  • Champion the work in the room, proactively preparing decks and finding your voice in front of clients and senior leadership.

You Bring:
  • 6+ years of experience in brand identity and design, with a proven track record of shipping work that is both polished and provocative.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing at least three solid, diverse projects and one standout piece of work that has garnered industry attention.
  • Expert-level mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design frameworks, with an appetite for evolving your workflow.
  • Emerging leadership skills, with experience (formal or informal) managing junior designers or interns.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, persuasive creative territories.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, demonstrating how your design work strives to design the future, not the familiar.
