On any given day you might

  • Design complex measurement and learning programs for R/GA led initiatives and manage their implementation
  • Lead multiple Marketing Sciences teams in the analysis of cross-channel results, the development of reports that clearly synthesize learnings and communicate opportunities, and the delivery of strong data-driven recommendations to our clients
  • Guide your Marketing Sciences teams to inspire R/GA work with data-driven ideas from social listening, site analytics, and syndicated research
  • Partner with your clients and R/GA teams to develop communication and marketing strategies
  • Participate in new business pitches and the identification of organic growth opportunities
  • Contribute to refine and expand our Marketing Sciences offering

The ideal person

  • Loves data and has strong analytical skills
  • Is a proactive and resourceful problem solver
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Has experience managing teams and coaching individuals
  • Has strong experience with marketing strategy and analytics
  • Enjoys working with cross-functional teams

You bring

  • 10+ years of experience in a related role
  • A Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, business, marketing or social sciences
