Our Talent Partners are strategic consultants and coaches to our leaders and community of talent. They use their expertise of the business, our people, and human behavior to ideate and execute initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and results-driven environment

The Talent Partner, works closely with the Exec Director Talent, Talent team, and their core client group to ensure that the employee experience is best in class for all R/GA employees. 

They will champion and execute various Talent initiatives including recognition, retention, career development, management development, onboarding and exit experience. Partnering and coaching the managers and Directors in the client group to develop a great management experience 

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Talent Partner at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Coach, consult and advise your employee population – meet pro-actively monthly to address any concerns, plan ahead and help coach managers and leaders to unlock their potential
  • Work with Director, Talent, US Talent team and the Leadership teams to identify opportunities to enhance employee development strategies
  • Work with the US leaders, Talent Partners and the Senior Vice President, Global Talent to identify top tier talent and devise development, retention and engagement strategies for your client group
  • Ensure onboarding for your client group is best in class, thorough and customized to their needs
  • Lead on all employee relations issues as needed for your client team
  • Be an agent of change, influencing stakeholders to drive new and industry leading initiatives

The ideal person

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and confidence at multiple levels in an organization
  • Demonstrated ability driving pragmatic decision-making in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to influence and build relationships across a variety of personalities
  • Solution focused and able to proactively identify potential issues 
  • Knowledge of engagement strategies, human behavioral theory, culture, diversity and inclusion and plus
  • Passion and interest in people, psychology and/or culture

You bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of  human resource/business partnering experience.

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Communications (or equivalent experience)
