Supervisor, Paid Search

The R/GA Media team is looking for a Supervisor, Paid Search who is ready to become an integral member of a team devoted to pioneering the next great media strategy to drive outstanding client results. As a Paid Search Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the client’s Paid Search campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution, management and measurement with an eye toward their overarching strategy & KPIs. With a self-starter approach and a strong history of Paid Search experience, you’ll support the Associate Media Director to hone and apply best practices for retail-focused Paid Search campaigns. 

You can

  • Manage large scale, sophisticated, retail-focused Paid Search campaigns inclusive of shopping and product listing ads
  • Confidently work in conjunction with cross-channel teams to generate consistently accurate, useful reports and develop actionable recommendations
  • Execute search campaigns using third party campaign management platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo, Google Ads Editor, ad Center
  • Develop and implement Paid Search testing strategies, inclusive of bidding, copy, positioning, 
  • Effectively manage day-to-day client, partner and internal team relationships and understand the role of each
  • Educate clients and internal teams on digital concepts, best practices and industry trends
  • Analyze campaign results, optimize programs and execute client status reports on a daily/weekly basis
  • Manage other digital marketing programs where applicable. Inclusive of display, remarketing and more
  • Implement time-saving tactics such as automated rules and reporting
  • Experience managing and measuring digital channels outside of Paid Search, such as Social, Online Video and Display is a major plus

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Marketing, Communications or Data Analytics)
  • At least 5 years of direct Paid Search experience in an agency role managing campaigns across a variety of platforms (Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc)
  • An understanding of the value and challenges of working in what feels like a start-up agency environment
  • Strong project management & analytical skills
  • The ability to communicate complex concepts to internal and external teams in a concise and informative manner
  • Strong technical skills or a penchant for learning complex technical concepts
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams
  • A drive to meet deadlines while delivering results that meet or exceed client KPIs
  • Experience analyzing complex data, market research and formulating actionable plans
  • Strong understanding of Google advertising products (Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager) a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Drive, Slack, Pathmatics, MRI Simmons, SEM Rush, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability and desire to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A passion for marketing, measurement and data
