Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Client Services Intern at R/GA:

Our Client Services team serves as the first line of contact with our clients. They identify client needs and work strategically to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. We set the bar high at R/GA. We don’t just strive to solve our client’s problems; we challenge ourselves to transform their entire category.

On any given day you might

  • Assist with day-to-day client requests and communicate all pertinent information and requests to internal and external teams
  • Help manage delivery of client work, including presentation materials, in accordance with timetable
  • Grow and develop as a Client Services Intern in the digital space

You bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or coursework in a related field; psychology, business development, account management
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

We will be accepting intern applicants until March 1st.

Our interview process begins with a Recruiter reviewing the application you are about to submit. After that we will contact you to complete a short assignment. Should you wow us with your creativity, we will set up a video or in-person interview, (depending on your location,) with a manager from the prospective team you’ve applied for.

Our internship starts Monday, June 1st with a tentative end date of Friday, July 31st. This is a paid opportunity with the expectation of 40 hours a week.
