The R/GA Studios mission is to advance storytelling through the use of emerging technology.  Studios creates a wide range of video, motion, audio, 3D and computer graphics, photography, and social media influencer strategy tailored to our client’s business needs.  It consists of editors, animators, motion-graphics specialists, creative technologists, strategists and producers with a range of traditional agency broadcast experience to production company style line-production. 

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Content Producer at R/GA:
On any given day you might

  • Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables
  • Define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
  • Serve as primary client contact, defining the project vision and managing expectations
  • Play a dual role of client advocate and R/GA team advocate
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up the presentation of creative work
  • Communicate project issues and resolution to the client and internal team
  • Organize and manage the delivery of multiple assets according to varying specs and/or versions through file management platforms (e.g. Wiredrive)


The ideal person


  • Has experience in content production, including but not limited to pre production, production, and post production, of motion and still photography across platforms 
  • Develop project plans with clear dependencies and milestones using smartsheet
  • Is able to manage project budgets from $20,000 to $300,000 
  • Can roll with the punches and has a flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments 
  • Has experience drafting Production Estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs) and developing staff plans for fee hours with Business Affairs and Client Service partners
  • Is solutions oriented and looks for new innovative techniques to producing content and achieving client goals  
  • Is used to being the point person for clients, and has outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Loves solving problems

You bring

  • 3+ years’ experience as an integrated producer in TV, film, digital, video, or social
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


Bonus points

  • If you have PMI certification 
  • Have Business to Business experience
