Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Creative Director at R/GA:

 

On any given day you might...

 

  • Manage the creative strategy and general direction of client work
  • Bring an always on, optimistic, collaborative approach to everything you do
  • Ensure the quality of work is in line with R/GA’s high expectations (Then raise the bar even further)
  • Serve as the campaign department lead ensuring the continued growth of the team and uniting everyone to push the boundaries of what creativity can be
  • Manage client relationships and work to deepen your knowledge of technology, powerful marketing communications and experiences
  • Help identify the strategic and conceptual direction across various projects, and clearly present those ideas to the team and client

 

The ideal person...

 

  • Has an award-winning background in writing and is a brilliant storyteller 
  • Has experience building big, campaign platform ideas with tight teams in a fast moving digital first environment 
  • An endlessly curious mindset and a user first approach to everything you do
  • Is an extremely strong and empathetic leader who can manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Has a nurturing approach to team members and is committed to building on their ideas and encouraging progression through clear feedback and guidance
  • Has ample experience working with and presenting to clients of all levels including C-suite
  • Has experience working across EMEA (ideally global)
  • Has experience working collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders/teams 
  • Has outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Can look at corporate brands and challenges from a fresh, unexpected angle
  • Has a strong knowledge and passion for Interaction Design, Technology, Usability and Experience Design

  • 8+ years agency experience creating award-winning work for the world’s best brands
  • A combination of digital and traditional creative experience in their portfolio of work 
  • Proven track record impacting a team's understanding of how to get to truly great work
