Executive Assistant

Our Office Services team provides expert administrative support to ensure operational efficiency and leadership support. They are responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. They must be able to effectively communicate via phone and email to ensure their responsibilities are delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. They must be comfortable relying on their experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals; exercising a degree of creativity.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Executive Assistant at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Provide Outlook calendar management to multiple executives
  • Plan comprehensive travel arrangements and coordinate car services, flight, hotel accommodations, meal reservations, visa information, etc.
  • Process business-related expenses
  • Liaise with other executive and administrative assistants on various projects and tasks

The ideal person

  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Can prioritize, multi-task and remain flexible in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • Has very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Has a customer centric mentality and experience interacting with clients
  • Has strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Is collaborative, and a proven team player
  • Exercises good judgment, tact, and patience
  • Is adaptable and nonresistant to changes, as dictated by evolving office environments
  • Can uphold a strict level of confidentiality

You bring

  • 3-4 years' administrative or executive support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and G-Suite
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment
