Creative Director, Art (f/m/d)

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Creative Director, Art at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Manage the creative strategy and general direction of client work
  • Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations
  • Serve as the department leader and ensure the continued growth of the team
  • Manage client relationship and work to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing
  • Identify the conceptual and strategic direction for various projects, and clearly presents those ideas to the team and the client

The ideal person

  • Has a portfolio filled with digital, integrated and cross platform campaigns
  • Has proven skills in the areas of conceptual, systematic, and graphic design
  • Is an extremely strong leader who can manage multiple clients and projects
  • Has a proven track record in both product and campaign work
  • Is able to juggle multiple projects and delegate work effectively
  • Has strong leadership and mediation skills, and enjoys mentoring and fostering growth of junior team members  
  • Has ample experience working with and presenting to clients of all levels
  • Has outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Can look at corporate brands from a fresh angle
  • Is comfortable collaborating with people from different creative disciplines and teams
  • Is proficient in English

You bring

  • 8+ years’ experience creating world class, award winning, campaigns
  • round about 3 years’ experience as Creative Director
