In this role she will be responsible for curating and nurturing creative talent, and driving transformational, best-in-class creative work that delivers real business impact for R/GA’s clients. Joining R/GA from Pablo London, where she held the role of Creative Director, Dayoung is the first major creative hire made by the agency under its new Chief Creative Officer for EMEA, Andre
Le Masurier - as he looks to evolve and grow the creative and campaigns team at R/GA London.

Dayoung joins R/GA London as an exciting new chapter for the agency begins, with world-class new leadership having recently joined in Le Masurier (EMEA CCO) and Rob Campbell, (EMEA Strategy Director). In what is also a moment of great industry disruption, R/GA views this as an opportunity to re-set the bar in creative excellence and effectiveness for innovation agencies, and Dayoung Yun’s hire is a significant step in integrating this new creative vision into R/GA London’s campaign’s team.

A Korean-born American, Yun started her career in Advertising as a Creative Intern at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Miami, during its heyday with Alex Bogusky in the house. Learning from the best in class, she made her way up to become a Creative Director along the way creating some of the most awarded and disruptive campaigns including Coke Zero’s ‘Taste Infringement’ and Pearl Izumi’s ‘Run like an animal’. After spending 10 years at various CP+B offices including London which she helped set up to serve Mondelez and Burger King UK, she joined Mother London as Creative Director, where she was responsible for a creative partnerships with clients including Boots and Notonthehighstreet.com.
In 2017 Yun joined Pablo, London, to grow its Creative Department, where as a Creative Director she led and won multiple new business pitches, including The Laughing Cow and Holland & Barrett.
