Empower and Guide – To deliver better content at the top of the decision funnel, we needed to provide guidance through streamlined, visual navigation, data-driven recommendations, and an unbiased point of view that only a multi-brand retailer can provide. We elevated valuable content to aid discovery and decision-making through a redesigned navigation, new landing pages that tell stories about sport and culture, and a bold new product detail page with enhanced imagery and decision-driving information.
Optimize Mobile and Omnichannel Touchpoints – Creating responsive templates prioritized the mobile experience, and adding touchpoints that revealed omnichannel purchase tools aids product discovery and inventory information.
Consist and Brand Focused – We brought two distinct brands onto one cohesive platform through a scalable design system built to create consistency in usability across the Innovasport and Innvictus ecosystem. An extensive Figma-based design system was shared among designers, developers and internal client teams. The designs were implemented with Storybook, allowing developers and designers to isolate and test all components. Content block templates established a base for consistent and speedy text and image extensibility for new pages. These building blocks extended the Brand Languages to digital platforms, establishing a component base to build the future of the digital landscape.
